SAISD High School Students Honored with College Board Awards

San Angelo ISD and Central High School proudly celebrated 29 outstanding students at the Monday School Board on September 19, 2022 in recognition of their honors from College Board for demonstrating academic achievement and exceptional performance on College Board administered exams, such as the PSAT, SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exams. The students recognized have received either an AP Scholars award or one of four National Recognition Awards, or both.

“It is a special honor to receive an AP Scholar or National Recognition Award from the College Board. We are proud of each and every one of these students, their study habits and perseverance is to be celebrated,” said SAISD Director of Fine Arts and Advanced Academics Tiffany Huebner. “We know that our students are more than an award, and though we celebrated the College Board awards, we are most excited to see them find their unique abilities and talents to share with this world.”
